Maria Savala-Mahany helps women grow into strong, kind, and happy people whose lives make a big difference.

She has been a therapist for over 27 years. She is also an author and teacher who loves helping busy women feel calmer, healthier, and more joyful in their everyday lives.

Maria wrote books like 365 Days to True Self-Love, Self-Love Journal for Women, and Conscious Reflection. All of her books are made to help women understand themselves better, take care of their feelings, and live with more peace and confidence.

Maria has worked in many places — hospitals, schools, nonprofits, and her own private practice. She also created a special therapy program with horses that helped many people heal. Over the years, Maria has built businesses, cared for land, and created programs that helped others grow. Even before she used the word “legacy,” she was already teaching women how to build lives that matter for a long time.

Now, Maria shares everything she has learned through The High-Vibe Method. She teaches women how to take care of their bodies and hearts (Wellness), become strong and caring leaders (Leadership), and live in a way that helps their families and future generations (Legacy). She also leads retreats, where women can step away from busy life and make real, lasting changes.
